Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Summer Schedule: From May through September, we ship Monday–Wednesday only to reduce melt risk during transit.

Transit Times: Typically 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS.

Free Shipping: Available on U.S. orders over $100.

Summer Surcharge: A $10 insulation fee applies May–August to help protect product quality.

Melt Risk: While we pack with ice and insulation during warmer months, melted items are not considered damaged. Please see our summer shipping tips to help reduce melting issues.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. Shipping to Canada and Europe may be available at certain times, but availability can vary. Duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included at checkout and may be charged separately upon delivery.

If you're shipping to Canada via UPS, duties, taxes, and tariffs are not included in the price and will be charged separately upon delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not charge taxes, fees, or duties when shipping outside of the United States. Therefore, you may be charged upon delivery of your items.
