Orders & Shipping
To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition during the warmer months, we add a $10 Hot Weather Packaging Surcharge. This helps cover the cost of extra insulation and protective materials needed to keep our products stable in transit.
Pro Tip:Orders over $100 automatically qualify for Free Shippingso you only pay the surcharge (no added shipping fees). It’s the best value when stocking up for summer!
Summer Shipping Schedule Starting May 30th: During the summer we only ship Monday-Wednesday to help avoid long weekends stuck in the heat.
We ship using standard, expedited, and express shipping options available at checkout. During warmer months, we take extra precautions by using insulation and ice packs to help prevent melting. However, we cannot guarantee that products won’t soften or melt during transit, so we encourage reviewing our Summer Shipping Tips for best practices. Keep in mind if it does melt, all that changes is the shape! The taste and top-notch nutrition are the same regardless!

We offer free shipping on orders over $140.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Only PowerPucks are eligible for returns—but not during May, June, July, August or September due to summer heat concerns.
Unfortunately, since we make perishable products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Melted or deformed items.
- Items purchased on sale.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned due to taste or texture preference.
To initiate a return, email returns@powerfitfoods.com with your order details.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at returns@powerfitfoods.com so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
- Melted or deformed items are not considered damaged products.
- An open food package is considered damaged and eligible for return.
- Please take photos of the damaged product and include in your correspondence
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
